Terms Conditions and Disclaimers section is like a contract between you and your customers.  

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products.
•  If shipping is required please fill in accurate receivers information. 
• Heads of Nature is copyrighted and may not be resold for any product such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Due to the nature of production, and material, items may have minor imperfections. The color and finish may vary or there may be flaws as each planter is hand painted. All attempts will be made to keep this to a minimum.
• .Allow 2-3 weeks for customizations to be processed as each are hand painted 1 at a time.
• All planters are one of a kind, replicas may slightly vary. Some accessories are limited.
• Planters come with plants and some plants are unavailable for shipping.
• Remove nursey pot from head before watering as the planter will not have a drainage hole unless requested. In this case the planter will not come with our signature gold bottom.
• Plant holders are made out of Styrofoam.
